Identity and contact data are processed to create, maintain and secure user accounts, authenticate logins, reset credentials and manage account preferences and settings.
Verification documents and financial data are processed to fulfil Know Your Customer obligations, prevent fraud, detect suspicious transaction patterns, and comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations. This processing is mandatory — failure to provide required data will prevent withdrawal processing.
Financial data is processed to execute deposits, withdrawals and any applicable refunds. Payment data is transmitted to licensed payment processors who are contractually prohibited from using it for any purpose other than transaction execution.

When a user selects a payment method (such as services associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), transactional data necessary to complete the payment is shared with the relevant payment processor. by9999 does not control the data practices of third-party payment providers — users should review the privacy policies of their chosen payment service.
