These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the by9999 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

All registration information must be truthful and current. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. by9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected]. by9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of unauthorised access pending investigation.
Accounts for Pakistani users are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion may apply where applicable. You acknowledge that currency conversion rates are determined by the Platform and may include applicable fees.
By accessing the by9999 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all users at all times:
You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for assessing your own legal position.

All financial transactions on the by9999 Platform are subject to the following conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing timelines and available payment methods are published in the live cashier and may change without prior notice.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method names referenced elsewhere on this Platform (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are mentioned as familiar Pakistan payment context only. Their availability for any specific transaction must be verified in the live cashier.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you legally. You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity, borrowed funds obtained for gambling purposes, or funds belonging to any third party. Deposits are subject to AML screening.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may also apply on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Responsible gambling deposit limits set by users in their account settings take precedence over standard cashier limits.
by9999 does not charge deposit fees as standard; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Users are responsible for any such third-party charges.
by9999 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only and do not constitute a banking relationship between the user and by9999.
Payment provider names referenced on this Platform (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) do not imply any endorsement of gambling activities by those providers. Withdrawal of funds from your by9999 account is subject to identity verification, account standing review and any active bonus wagering conditions. The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identity documentation (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed in the relevant betting interface. Limits may vary by market, game or user account level and are subject to change without notice.
Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in the event of data feed errors, event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, technical failures or market suspension triggered by an external data provider. by9999's determination on void bets is final.
Live betting markets — including cricket in-play markets for PSL, ICC and international matches — are subject to rapid price changes. Once a bet is confirmed in a live market, it is binding. Latency in data feeds does not entitle a user to cancel or amend a confirmed live bet.
Where a price or odd is clearly erroneous (manifestly incorrect due to system or human error), by9999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, even after the event outcome has been determined. "Manifestly incorrect" is determined at the sole discretion of by9999 management.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the by9999 Platform. Breach of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

by9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Immediate termination without notice may occur where a user has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct (Section 10), committed fraud, provided false KYC documentation or engaged in behaviour that threatens the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Accounts may be suspended or closed to comply with legal orders, regulatory requirements, AML investigations or court directives. Funds held in affected accounts may be withheld pending resolution of the relevant legal or regulatory matter.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited and any pending withdrawal requests must be completed through the standard process. Real money balances will be returned to the user subject to KYC completion and outstanding wagering verification.
Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances, bonus winnings and promotional credits held in the account are forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at the Platform's discretion following completion of any required investigation or AML review.
